The meeting will be conducted on a Zoom platform. At the end of the agenda, information will be provided on how the meeting can be accessed by video and/or by phone. The public would be allowed to listen and/or view the meeting. This meeting is not a hearing, and so the public will not have an opportunity to speak unless a request asking for ability to speak on a matter on the agenda is made prior to the meeting as set forth in the agenda. Such requests must be submitted in an email to Fortunata Houde, Executive Secretary, at fhoude@nhparking.com at least 30 minutes prior to the meeting. The Executive Director/Commissioner can grant or refuse such requests at his sole discretion.

The meeting will be conducted by the Executive Director/Commissioner as the Moderator, and he will recognize each speaker in turn by name and title. In general, he will recognize the Chairman to call the agenda, seek motions, and open discussion on the agenda items.
